Gov. Joeben Miraflores regularly inspects the available relief items bought and donated to the Aklan Provincial Government. He made specific instructions to all concerned that as soon as goods are gathered, recorded, packed, immediate delivery to affected areas must be done.
The SEALS volunteers were there with Gov. Joeben Miraflores at the ABL Sports Complex (serving as disaster command center & evacuation site) before, during, and after Super Typhoon Yolanda ravaged Aklan. They were the first to respond after the eye of the typhoon passed by the area.
