This Manual seeks to provide the procurement officials of LGU with clear, concise and accurate information on the public procurement of goods and services, by discussing the steps that need to be taken to effect such procurement in the manner prescribed by R.A 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act," and its IRR-A.
