Kalibo, Aklan (March 17, 2015) – The Aklan Consignment System (ACS) enacted by virtue of General Ordinance No. 009, S., 2014 is now ready for implementation after its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) through Executive Order No. 008, Series of 2015 was signed by Governor Florencio T. Miraflores on March 3, 2015.
